    Abdul Hadi Shofwan: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam is a biannual academic journal published in March and September. It focuses on the study and analysis of Islamic family law, including normative-theological aspects based on the Quran and Hadith, as well as comprehensive legal perspectives on marriage, divorce, spouses' rights and obligations, inheritance, child custody, and related family law issues within Islam. The journal aims to address contemporary legal challenges and regulatory gaps in Islamic family law, providing legal certainty and justice for family members in accordance with Sharia principles. It publishes research articles, critical reviews, and case studies to deepen the understanding of family law in Islamic contexts, especially in Indonesia.
